Bought a bracelet for a friend for her retirement. It was easy to order and when it came it was lovely and exactly what we wanted. Realised after I had ordered it that the delivery time meant it wouldn't be delivered in time BUT after a few quick emails this was easily sorted. Excellent customer service!
